.........Lesson learned! I was determined to get my wife what she dreamed of for her 45th birthday (Louis Vuitton Perforated Speedy).....After searching countless websites AND local boutiques I made a HUGE mistake and opted to purchase from a local boutique instead of your website. I thought I was going the safe route since I could see the products in person before buying...... My wife used it that night when we went to dinner and within 2 hours-while we were standing at the bar-the strap broke! My wife was so embarrassed....I on the other hand was LIVID!............... I promptly attempted to return it the next day but because the boutique had several "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" signs posted throughout the store AND on the receipt, we were stuck with the defective bag................Designer fashion house saved the day by Expressing me a beautiful, perfect condition Speedy the next day and after hearing my story offered me FREE Overnight shipping!
