Due to the way in which we process our orders, We will ONLY accept an Order Cancellation if it is requested via email within 24 HOURS from the time you originally placed that order. We sincerely hope that you understand why we must have this policy in place. We sell high-end, luxury items that can be very expensive. When we receive an order and there is an item or more in that order that we are out of stock on, we have to put in a rush Purchase Order out to whichever supplier provides us with that product. While this is not an uncommon occurrence, in high-volume, fast paced businesses it could become a disaster if we did not keep these types of policies in place to protect ourselves and to help cushion any losses that may come our way. We have orders coming in from all over the world all day every day and this probably happens with 50% of our orders on a daily basis for one reason or another, including the many Special Orders we receive from our long-time customers who we would do anything and everything to please as we would ANY customer!
